At Recreational we love the beach, so this branding and marketing project immediately got us inspired with a design that sampled the shoreline vibe.

The website and marketing collateral design extended the brand theme.

Beyond the brand work and website, the client engaged us to create a digital interactive masterplan visual, a design also used in its outdoor marketing and displays.
Beachgrove uses Recreational's custom property listing app, pulling in sales information on each section lot. Designed for desktop and mobile, the app identifies what's for sale, under contract or sold. As stages are released, the interactive map automatically adds a coloured dot to each lot with a pop-up 'tool tip' showing the price or availablity.
