Four Avenues, a Christchurch-based property developer looking to shake up the townhouse market, approached Recreational to create a brand that would stand out in a crowded space. We developed a brand strategy and identity that embraced the idea of townhouse living being compact yet full of personality. Custom illustrations and a playful animation library brought the brand to life, creating endless combinations of characters and scenarios that added a light, engaging tone to the development’s marketing.
To support the fast-paced nature of property sales, we built a customised Squarespace website that made it easy for the Four Avenues team to update listings and content as availability changed. The site pairs practicality with personality – a user-friendly platform that reflects the brand’s distinctive tone while remaining easy to navigate and maintain. The result is a brand and digital presence that confidently reimagines what townhouse living can look like.
